Customer Service Representative (Portuguese-Speaking) - Remote - Healthcare Industry

Salary: €20,162–€22,962/year plus up to €1,800 bonus

Responsibilities

• Efficiently organize and book appointments for customers
• Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiries
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment
• Perform various back-office tasks to support customer service operations
• Provide excellent customer service both via phone and email
• Gather and document all necessary information during customer interactions to ensure high-quality service
• Continuously update knowledge of the company's services and procedures
• Maintain a professional demeanour, even in stressful situations

Requirements

• Proficient or bilingual in Portuguese and Spanish
• Excellent organizational, listening and communication skills
• Detail oriented, open-minded, communicative and adaptable to different types of customers
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
