Customer Communications Intern

SentinelOne is a company at the intersection of AI and security, pioneering a new operating model for cybersecurity. They are looking for a Customer Communications Intern to support customer contact management and communication strategies during their Summer 2026 internship program.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $25—$25 USD per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members across Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to support communications to SentinelOne customers.
• Develop frameworks for customer list segmentation.
• Draft systemic communications to support the customer journey.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking marketing or communications program with an expected graduation date between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
