Commercial Lending Sr. Manager - US Remote

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Manager for their Commercial Lending practice, focusing on managing large-scale projects and delivering value to financial institutions, primarily in the US. The role involves leadership, technical expertise, and client relationship management.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $132,098.00-$183,469.00

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale projects with complex business or technical issues.
• Operate as a technical expert or advisor for one or more applications.
• Participate in (and may lead) projects involving analysis of systems or data, evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
• Mentor and review work of less experienced employees.
• Execute schedules, costs, and documentation to ensure project success.
• Initiate corrective actions to stay on schedule.
• Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and participate in sales and proposal presentations.
• Assist with project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution, and review.
• Participate and lead process improvement task forces.
• Contribute to development of consulting solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executives in targeted companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in the Financial Services Industry.
• 5+ years in commercial lending.
• 2+ years leading or participating in IT projects supporting core banking functions such as bank modernization, core financial services, mergers and acquisitions, wealth management, governance, risk, and compliance, data and analytics, mobile banking, digital transformation.
• Flexibility to travel 50%+.
