DELA is a digital, data-driven continuing education provider in the subsidized education market, offering fully remote courses in accounting, real estate management, and professional German, with a focus on growth, course launches, and business management.

Location: Remote (Germany)

Responsibilities

• Identify and launch 1-2 new course verticals per year, including AZAV approval and profitable scaling.
• Recognize market potentials and underserved target groups, develop concepts and application documents for new initiatives.
• Recruit and manage instructors (internal or external).
• Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO, with clear KPIs.
• Build and optimize sales funnels from advertising to course registration.
• Lead inbound sales teams and agencies with clear KPIs.
• Full P&L responsibility, including financial planning, reporting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure AZAV compliance and quality management documentation.
• Make internal processes scalable, including participant management, course execution, and QM documentation.
• Drive digitalization and automation from lead capture to reporting.
• Develop and strengthen the existing team.

Requirements

• Completed university degree or comparable qualification with proven leadership experience, ideally with a business focus.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a competitive environment, such as a startup, as a managing director, or senior leader in an education provider or consulting.
• Proven P&L responsibility, understanding of financial statements like BWA.
• Experience in building sales processes or funnels, not just working within them.
• Digital competence: ability to manage performance marketing campaigns and lead agencies with KPIs.
• Residence in Germany (mandatory for AZAV).
