Clinical Provider

Support clients' mental health and personal growth through telehealth sessions on the 'Intellect' platform, primarily via scheduled video sessions. The role is suitable for licensed mental health professionals seeking flexible, freelance work.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for clients
• Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction
• Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

Requirements

• Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
• At least 300 clinical hours post masters degree
• Ability to communicate in English and local language
• Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles is a plus
• Open to working onsite if necessary is a plus
