Clinical Project Manager

A senior/full service Project Manager role in clinical trials, focusing on Oncology, responsible for overseeing global/regional Phase I-IV trials within a CRO setting, managing project delivery, timelines, scope, and quality.

Location: Poland

Salary: 350,200 to 525,200 PLN gross per annum

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical projects independently within budget and scope.
• Serve as primary client liaison, providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with project team and senior management, including C-level stakeholders.
• Manage all aspects of clinical research trials across functional areas.
• Prepare project status updates, key performance metrics, and escalation procedures.
• Contribute to efficient trial management as a member of the project team.
• Review protocols, study documentation, project plans, and budgets.

Requirements

• Degree or related life science qualification or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years industry experience, with at least 4 years in full service clinical trial project management within a CRO.
• Experience managing oncology studies.
• Understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, and experience with CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS.
• Ability to develop positive working relationships internally and externally.
• Understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities.
