Clinical Junior Recruiter

Manage biomarker related operational work for clinical trials and programs, leading cross-functional activities and vendor relationships in the oncology field.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $140,100.00 - $185,100.00 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage biomarker and bio-sample testing activities for clinical trials, including vendor document review, bio-specimen tracking, and testing execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive biomarker activities, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure compliance and quality.
• Review key study documents and provide training to investigator sites.
• Participate in clinical study and program meetings, providing updates on biomarker activities.
• Manage communication with device partners and lab vendors to implement biomarker and CDx strategies.
• Oversee and lead the US biomarker operation team, including training and performance management of junior project managers.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience with Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with MS, or 3+ years with MD, PhD in biology/medical major.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or academia is preferred.
• Understanding of scientific concepts and experience in translational research and oncology biomarker development.
• At least 7 years project management experience.
• Proven organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively on multiple oncology programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility and quick response capability.
