Client Engagement Director

The Client Engagement Director at BCD M&E is responsible for building relationships with Event Solutions customers, ensuring their success, and achieving personal revenue goals. The role involves driving business growth through client retention, tailored solutions, and sales opportunities.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $90,000–$100,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Securing client relationships to implement new business, drive retention and growth
• Understanding customer needs and unfolding business opportunities
• Crafting tailored solutions and proposals that align with profitability goals
• Guiding teams to meet client service expectations effectively
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of winning sales opportunities

Requirements

• A background in Business Development (securing new business) in the Meetings & Events industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking
• A knack for sales and customer relationship building
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the field
