Chief Transformation Officer, Ai Integration

Seeking a Russian-speaking senior executive to lead transformation across a diverse group of companies, focusing on embedding generative and agentic AI into business operations to improve efficiency, cost, and customer experience.

Location: United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities

• Build and run a central transformation office for the holding group, setting the operating model, governance, and reporting standards.
• Oversee a portfolio of AI-driven initiatives, from rapid pilots to long-term programs that reshape core business processes.
• Manage budgets and performance metrics, ensuring projects create sustainable business value.
• Lead adoption at scale by driving change management and aligning diverse teams across multiple regions.
• Partner with the board and senior leadership to communicate risks, benefits, and outcomes with clarity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise transformation experience with direct P&L responsibility.
• Deep expertise in AI, data governance, and leading cross-business programs.
• Proven record of turning pilots into enterprise-wide solutions.
• Fluency in English and Russian, with other languages a plus.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and inspire teams across businesses.
