Chief of Staff Operating Partner CEO Office

Location: Remote (EU) or Zurich, Switzerland

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the CEO's top-priority initiatives, ensuring clear accountability and measurable impact
• Take ownership of multiple high-stakes projects and deliver business value through process and product optimization
• Identify new growth and revenue opportunities, build business cases, and lead initiatives such as new product launches and market expansion
• Support design of new investment products, leading project execution with stakeholders
• Support M&A activities from target identification to post-merger integration
• Drive business development through strategic partnerships and negotiations
• Build and optimize scalable processes to support growth, identify and resolve roadblocks
• Develop narratives for stakeholders, including board materials and investor presentations
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, providing insights on operations and strategy
• Coordinate across teams to launch new financial products and streamline decision-making

Requirements

• 4+ years at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), private equity fund, or similar institution
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of achievement and ability to synthesize complex information for C-suite and board audiences
• Proven ability to drive initiatives, identify opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
