Caseworker – Nursing & Clinics

Join Cencora as a Caseworker to coordinate clinical trials and lab testing services, providing remote guidance and ensuring smooth operations across various healthcare projects. Location: Remote (Canada)

Responsibilities

• Referral coordination including data entry, scheduling, nurse training, and follow-up.
• Training delivery to nurses and stakeholders on clinical protocols and lab procedures.
• Coordination of clinical trials between clients, investigators, and stakeholders, including approvals, scheduling, and documentation.
• Tracking, reporting, and escalation of issues related to clinical trials and lab services.
• Providing remote clinical guidance to nurses regarding SOPs, protocols, and best practices.
• Lab testing coordination, including process guidance and information management.
• Post-service reporting and billing activities in collaboration with management.
• Adherence to company processes and additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar, typically via a two-year associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
• Experience with clinical trials, laboratory, or medical fields such as medical secretary, LPN/RPN, trial coordinator, PV, pharma work.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills.
• Experience in medical/pharmaceutical fields is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
