Care Adviser, Housing

As a Care Adviser supporting Wellthy's Care Coordinators, you will execute care-related tasks to meet members' caregiving needs, working behind the scenes to ensure seamless service. The role offers growth opportunities and the chance to be part of building a comprehensive care experience.

Location: Remote

Salary: $19/hour (including training)

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, complete tasks, and deliver high-quality results for members.
• Execute a variety of care-related tasks to support Care Coordinators in delivering a high-quality member experience.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or Higher
• 3+ years work experience in Health Care, Caregiving field, as well as customer service or administrative experience
• Experience in senior living facilities or property management, Section 8/Low-income housing vouchers, or facility placement preferred
