Business Development Manager, Indirect

Culligan Quench is a company dedicated to eliminating single-use plastic water bottles by providing on-demand filtered water solutions across North America. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to grow their dealer network and identify acquisition targets.
Location: United States
Salary: $80k–$80k
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive outreach program to recruit new dealers, especially in underpenetrated markets
- Build relationships with dealers that might eventually be good acquisition targets
- Pitch Quench’s indirect brands and associated programs and qualify new potential dealers
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of dealer and acquisition prospects
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment of priorities and achieve revenue and EBITDA pipeline projections
- Serve as an ambassador for Quench at industry events
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the POU industry
- Courteous, professional, likable, and prompt, with strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a results-driven, fast-moving environment
- Ability to collaborate and use influence cross-functionally
- Experience with sales quotas; familiarity with the acquisition process is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with salesforce.com is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
