Responsibilities
- Identify, architect, negotiate, and close strategic collaborations across Verily’s lines of business.
- Develop a deep understanding of Verily’s products and capabilities to inform future investments.
- Manage a prospect pipeline, KPIs, and outcomes, and communicate with colleagues on opportunities and obstacles.
- Work with finance, legal, product, engineering, marketing, and science teams on various transaction types, evaluate opportunities, conduct due diligence, negotiate terms, and present recommendations.
- Define strategic requirements for opportunities, determine operational fit, and develop/manage a pipeline of major deals.
Requirements
- MBA or other advanced degree and 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, specifically in healthcare technology solutions.
- Proven record of managing and closing strategic and revenue-generating partnerships and collaborations.
- Ability to lead multiple complex deals from inception to execution with strategic and analytical skills.
- Deep relationships with decision-makers in the Provider / Health System space.
- Comfort with ambiguity and working with cross-functional teams.
