Vista Corporate Solutions (VCS) is a business unit within VistaPrint that supports small to mid-sized companies with tailored solutions. ProShop simplifies branded print and promotional product creation and ordering, ensuring team consistency. The role involves identifying and acquiring high-value small to medium-sized businesses as new partners, driving growth across solutions, and implementing customer acquisition strategies.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and acquire large, strategically aligned partners.
  • Lead Conversion: Build and maintain a strong pipeline, converting leads into engaged customers efficiently.
  • Research and Networking: Research target organisations and connect with key decision-makers via email, phone, and in-person meetings (when the potential size of the opportunity warrants it).
  • Internal Collaboration: Support smooth partner transitions and long-term growth by collaborating closely with internal teams.
  • Sales Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records and sales activity in Salesforce to track progress and inform future outreach.
  • High-Volume Management: Handle multiple high-volume activities while ensuring clear and proactive communication.
  • Partner Handoff: Lead partner handoffs by following implementation guidelines and coordinating with onboarding teams.
  • Cross-Functional Initiatives: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects as assigned by the Head of Sales & Partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Business Development experience, including work with Senior management and business owners.
  • You have a strong background in high-pressure, fast-paced commercial environments.
  • You have extensive experience using Salesforce.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in eCommerce or the print industry is desirable.
  • You have customer-facing and client engagement experience.
