Seeking video production specialists to help train and evaluate AI models by providing expertise in cinematography, editing, and visual storytelling. The role involves interacting with language models on real-world production scenarios, verifying accuracy, and improving model reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on real-world production scenarios and technical video questions.
• Verify factual accuracy and creative consistency of AI outputs.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in film, media production, communications, or a related creative field.
• Professional production portfolio.
• Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with studio and field production signal workflows.
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills.
