Blockchain Developer

Verso is seeking a Blockchain Engineer to develop and integrate new blockchain assets into their wallet platform, focusing on accessibility and user experience for crypto assets.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Research blockchain technicals and integrate new assets into wallets.
• Configure full node software with DevOps team.
• Write indexing services in JavaScript.
• Modify React.js front-end components.
• Implement or use third-party libraries for asset signing and transactions.
• Collaborate with UX designers on asset-specific UX edge cases.
• Improve testability, quality, and automation of applications.
• Work with external staking providers to implement staking functionality.
• Improve exchange transaction success rates.

Requirements

• Experience with crypto and blockchain technology.
• Excellent debugging skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and good communicator.
• Able to work asynchronously.
• Experience with React or ReactNative.
• Experience with Solidity smart contract development.
• Experience deploying and running Dapps/smart contracts on Ethereum Mainnet or EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Understanding of JavaScript asynchronous patterns.
• Understanding of JavaScript data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Node.js and API management.
• Enthusiasm for tests and code quality.
• Experience with TypeScript or Flow.
• Basic understanding of cryptographic primitives.
• Helpful and collaborative attitude.
