Azure AI Copilot Engineer (M/W/D) – Consulting Crew

WorkSimple is establishing a new Azure AI & Copilot Unit focused on implementing modern AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem to improve real-world processes through a user-centered, pragmatic approach. The role involves developing, integrating, and operating Azure AI and Copilot solutions, contributing to the growth of this new department.

Location: Germany

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of Azure AI and Copilot solutions using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI Search, and Copilot Studio
• Technical integration of Copilot Studio into Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or custom applications
• Building RAG scenarios, knowledge bases, and AI workflows for enterprise data in chatbots or digital assistants
• Developing Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, and automations to connect external systems
• Creating MVPs and quick-win solutions that deliver immediate value

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in development with Microsoft Azure / M365
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or Copilot Studio
• Programming skills in Python, C#, or TypeScript
• Understanding of AI architectures, data flows, RAG concepts, and generative AI
• Interest in LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and integrating enterprise-specific knowledge into AI systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical content clearly and practically
• Certifications such as AI-102, AZ-204, AZ-305, or PL-400 are advantageous
• Excellent German skills (C1)
