Responsibilities

• Guide former professional athletes through career transition and job search strategies.
• Build leadership development and personal branding for life after competition.
• Support professional networking, resume review, and interview preparation.
• Assist with financial planning and endorsement/sponsorship strategy during athletes' transition.

Requirements

• Professional or elite athletic experience.
• Prior mentoring experience.
• Structured approach to helping athletes translate skills and identity into new careers.
