Assistant Reporting and Data Management – Alternance

Support reporting and data activities within a team of 8, focusing on performance calculations, data management, and reporting in a financial asset management environment.

Location: France

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation and control of portfolio and market data feeds in performance calculation software.
• Participate in performance calculations, indicators, asset allocations, and attribution of portfolios.
• Assist in the production and dissemination of reporting documents for clients, internal teams, and regulators.
• Contribute to the evolution of calculations, IT tools, and reference data using Python, Microsoft Fabric, and PowerBI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree +4-5, in Business School, Engineering, or University with a focus on finance and/or IT (dual skills preferred).
• Rigorous, responsive, versatile, autonomous, with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in financial products, Asset Management, and technology.
• Comfortable with handling numerical data.
• Proficient in general IT tools (Excel, databases, SQL, BI, Python) and possibly specific tools (Bloomberg).
• Versatile and adaptable to work in a small company environment.
