The Area Director will oversee the coordination and direction of Cryo Nerve Block Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists, focusing on data collection, analysis, and proactive strategies to enhance brand awareness and revenue for AtriCure's Cryo Nerve Block products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the actions of Cryo Nerve Block Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Focus on data collection, analysis, and proactive action plans.
• Increase brand awareness and revenue for AtriCure's Cryo Nerve Block products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership.
• Successful track record with sales quota achievement.
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to travel up to 75% or more depending on territory.
