Architectural Interior Designer

An experienced Architectural & Interior Designer specializing in residential and commercial kitchen and bathroom projects, responsible for conceptualization and execution from start to finish.

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Salary: Competitive, subject to experience and expected salary range. Payments in Local Currency.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan kitchen/bathroom renovations meeting client specifications and trends.
• Create detailed construction documents for presentations and supplier coordination.
• Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3DS Max, Lumion, and KCDW for visualizations.
• Engage with clients to refine designs and confirm requirements.
• Collaborate with team members for project execution.
• Create and elevate designs using the 20/20 platform.
• Use KCDW software for developing and presenting kitchen visuals.
• Perform 3D modeling and rendering using Revit and SketchUp.
• Produce detailed planimetric sketches with AutoCAD.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, 3DS Max, Revit; knowledge of 20/20 is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in kitchen design and renovation.
• Strong portfolio of kitchen projects.
• Understanding of construction documentation and experience with U.S. and international metric systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented work ethic.
• Experience with project management tasks including audit, refurbishment, carpentry, reporting, reconciliations, urban regeneration, and 3D modeling.
• Skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for visual presentations.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in architectural design.
