Applied AI Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to build scalable data pipelines, model training, and deployment systems.
• Troubleshoot issues in the ML infrastructure from Linux, Docker, Kubernetes to the ML stack.
• Assist in designing and developing on-premises MLOps solutions for ML model delivery and research-to-production handover.
• Drive and uphold high engineering standards, ensuring code quality, review, testing, and integration.
• Optimize existing models for performance and throughput.
• Incorporate ML model training, validation, and evaluation settings alongside traditional testing.
• Build and maintain deployment, monitoring, and operational tools; refine CI/CD workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in MLOps or full stack Machine Learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Scientific Python Stack, Cuda.
• Understanding of the MLOps lifecycle and workflows.
• Experience with Kubernetes, GCP/AWS/Azure, CI/CD, ML frameworks, and data management.
• Interest in scaling machine learning engineering.
• Good communication skills and collaborative problem-solving attitude.
