Analyst, Sustainability (UK, Virtual, EUROPE)

The Analyst, Sustainability supports BCD's global sustainability initiatives by providing accurate data, insights, and analysis to enhance decision-making and ensure compliance with sustainability standards. The role involves data management, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and monitoring industry regulations.

Location: United Kingdom, United States, Netherlands, Poland, Spain

Salary: $65,000–$80,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and coordinate tasks.
• Maintain and update the carbon management platform, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Coordinate inputs for the Annual Report and disclosures like CSRD/GRI.
• Track and analyze participation and outcomes of sustainability activities.
• Manage the Sustainability team inbox and triage inquiries.
• Provide bid/RFP inputs on sustainability topics.
• Monitor emerging sustainability regulations and summarize implications.

Requirements

• Strong quantitative skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience translating sustainability or carbon data into reports and dashboards.
• Ability to identify trends and insights through analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools, following established methodologies for GHG and disclosures.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple data streams and deadlines.
• Exposure to ESG reporting (e.g., GRI/CSRD, CDP, EcoVadis) and basics of Scopes 1–3 is a plus.
