The Analyst, Fleet Compliance at GXO Logistics supports regulatory compliance for commercial vehicle fleets, working with federal, state, and local agencies in the U.S. and Canada. The role involves maintaining permits, researching regulatory issues, and supporting operational compliance to ensure efficient fleet management.

Location: Remote (US and Canada)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and renew permits and licensing on all commercial vehicles.
• Research and review regulatory issues affecting operations in U.S. states and Canadian provinces.
• Research and analyze local office operations to determine applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide first level support communicating with regulatory agencies.
• Respond to inquiries from departments, managers, and officials regarding compliance.
• Act as first contact for compliance problems encountered in the field.
• Conduct preliminary research on regulatory issues across regions.
• Maintain and update vehicle and regulatory databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1 year of related tax experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
