Analyst Customer Success Measurement US

Cint is a research technology company with a large programmatic marketplace and a focus on digital media measurement and advertising effectiveness. The company offers a platform that connects clients with a global respondent base to gather insights and measure campaign impact.

Location: Central or East Coast, US

Salary: $48,000–$54,000/yr base + $2,000–$6,000 commission

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on measurement strategy, methodology, and product capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through communication and partnership.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Train and educate customers on measurement products.
• Translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
• Partner with internal teams to solve challenges and improve customer experience.
• Identify product gaps and process improvements.
• Monitor customer health and engagement metrics.
• Manage multiple customer relationships and projects.
• Analyze data from various sources including proprietary software, Excel, Databricks, and Salesforce.
• Ensure customer goals are achieved through proactive planning.
• Develop understanding of Cint's measurement products and industry landscape.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 1–3 years experience in customer success, account management, project management, client services, market research, consulting, or similar.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build credibility with customers and stakeholders.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
• Experience leading customer conversations and presentations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
