Analista de Projetos Júnior DEP

A position within the Process Engineering area at Americanas S.A, focused on identifying opportunities for operational improvement, increasing efficiency, and supporting process evolution in retail stores. The role involves project management, data analysis, and the implementation of innovative solutions including AI and automation.

Location: Brazil (onsite in stores)

Responsibilities

• Support the construction and updating of standardized process and project documentation.
• Manage and lead strategic projects of small and medium complexity, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
• Monitor a portfolio of projects, performing controls, updates, and periodic reports for management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support initiatives for process optimization.
• Explore and implement solutions using Generative Artificial Intelligence, virtual agents, and corporate applications.
• Support the creation of automations and solutions that contribute to productivity gains and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in project management, including traditional and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge in Generative Artificial Intelligence, with familiarity in creating intelligent agents and automations.
