Amazon Supply Chain Manager

SplashEZ is a fast-growing eCommerce company specializing in water-based products for children, seeking an experienced Amazon Supply Chain Manager for a full-time remote role. The candidate will manage operational tasks to support the company's Amazon FBA business and contribute to its growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop accurate reordering forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage shipping plans, packing lists, and coordinate shipments with suppliers.
- Monitor shipment cycles and ensure timely delivery.
- Reconcile inbound inventory with 3PLs and Amazon.
- Create shipping labels and handle Amazon shipment reimbursements.
- Check Amazon storage fees and monitor FBA fee changes.
- Manage inventory-related cases with Amazon, including bin checks.
- Submit CPC and manage product documentation.
- Create new products and set up vendors in internal systems.
- Oversee purchase orders, track their lifecycle, and ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate shipment quotations and manage relationships with freight forwarders and 3PL providers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in supply chain operations management or startups.
- Experience in a similar role in an e-commerce/Amazon seller company.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Organized, sociable, goal-oriented.
