Operations Manager responsible for end-to-end product launch pipeline for Amazon brands, leading catalog management and supply chain teams, and coordinating across multiple departments to ensure successful product launches.

Salary: $3,000–$5,000 per month

• Own every product launch from brief to first sale on Amazon.
• Coordinate across teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years operations leadership in e-commerce, Amazon, or supply-chain-heavy business.
• Hands-on Amazon experience.
• Supply chain fluency.
• Excellent written English.
• Systems thinker.
• Genuinely AI-fluent.
• Strong people manager.
• Self-directed.
