Ai-Native Conversion Copywriter (VSLs, Funnels, Paid Ads) – MarTech Video SaaS

This role is for a highly skilled conversion-focused copywriter to lead and optimize copy across marketing channels for Vidalytics, a video hosting platform used by top direct response marketers. The candidate will act as a Copy Chief, leveraging AI and data-driven insights to craft high-converting content.

Location: Remote (Europe)

Responsibilities

• Act as the architect & Copy Chief of Vidalytics' marketing copy.
• Create and optimize copy for VSL scripts, landing pages, ad creative, cold email, split tests, marketing website, onboarding emails, in-app copy, social posts, and product-related content.
• Own the hypothesis/testing framework to determine what copy performs best.
• Understand key marketing information about the product, social proof, customer journey, etc.

Requirements

• Proven track record of creating copy that converts cold traffic, with significant revenue attribution.
• Ability to conduct deep research on prospects, industry, and competitors.
• Track record of generating tens of millions in revenue from copy.
• Creativity and experience with VSL and funnel architecture.
• Winning controls in AB split tests with measurable results.
• Fluency in AI-assisted copywriting, owning mechanisms, hooks, big ideas, and structure.
• Native English speaker with strong direct-response copywriting skills.
• A CRO/split testing mindset focused on mechanisms, hypotheses, and outcomes.
• Comfort with numbers and data analysis.
