AI Automation Team Lead (Remote, Contract)

We are building a small, high-impact team of problem-solvers, builders, and operators within SoftDev to transform and evolve in the AI era. The role involves identifying inefficiencies, challenging legacy workflows, and implementing AI-powered solutions across various departments.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies and challenge legacy workflows.
• Implement AI-powered solutions that create measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems across departments.

Requirements

• Ability to solve real problems in various departments.
• Agile, forward-thinking, and adaptable mindset.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Gemini, n8n).
• Data fluency and analytical thinking.
• Experience designing and building integrations with core database systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and team coordination skills.
