Responsibilities

Design, implement, and operate Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for clients.
Develop deep relationships with senior client executives and teams.
Understand client business directions and create optimized IAM architectures.
Research and leverage industry insights to deliver expertise.
Help grow Accenture Security through thought leadership and entrepreneurial efforts.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience with recent hands-on Python and async work.
Minimum of 3 years of working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OIDC flows including DCR, PAR, and token exchange.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with at least one agent framework (Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
Minimum of 1 year of MCP server development or integration experience.
Minimum of 1 year of deep understanding of Zero Trust architectures, IGA, Secrets Management (CyberArk, HashiCorp), and policy-based access control.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
