This position plays a key role in supporting billing operations for a U.S.-based law firm, handling payments, maintaining financial records, and assisting clients with billing inquiries. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Answer client billing questions professionally and accurately.
- Process and post client payments.
- Apply debt settlement and bankruptcy payments.
- Modify client payment plans as needed.
- Process payment transactions, including voids and adjustments.
- Monitor failed payments and follow up with clients regarding declined or missed payments.
- Respond to creditor calls to verify client representation.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of client financial information.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient office operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of successful experience in an administrative assistant, billing, customer service, or related role.
- Legal billing experience is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
