Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of accounting and tax services.
• Lead a team of junior and senior accountants to achieve high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients.
• Experience managing a portfolio of SME clients with scope ranging from bookkeeping to taxation services.
• Excellent command of client communication and delivery organization.
