Accounting & Finance Systems Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: $115,000–$125,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Own, administer, and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring stability, security, and operational effectiveness.
• Administer and govern supporting finance platforms (e.g., Ramp, Datarails, Brex, Adaptive).
• Configure and manage custom records, fields, forms, workflows, dashboards, roles, and permissions within NetSuite.
• Manage sandbox and production environments, deployments, release cycles, and platform governance standards.
• Support and oversee SuiteScript customizations, workflows, and automation initiatives.
• Design and maintain integrations between NetSuite and supporting finance systems.
• Operate as an internal consultant to various leadership teams, identifying enhancement opportunities and translating challenges into system solutions.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and implementation partners on enhancements, integrations, and projects.
• Manage support tickets, escalations, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with security, access control, audit, retention, and governance standards.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and financial visibility tools.
• Drive training, onboarding, and user adoption across finance systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience across multiple modules.
• Experience managing ERP implementation, enhancement, or systems optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance workflows including AP, AR, financial close, and reporting processes.
• Experience administering supporting finance platforms such as Ramp, Datarails, Brex, Adaptive.
• Technical fluency across NetSuite's customization and integration toolset – SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk REST/SOAP, middleware, and API-based approaches.
• Ability to operate as an internal consultant, partnering with business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification preferred.
