Responsibilities
- Monitor communications and respond promptly during standard business hours.
- Ensure a seamless client experience by leveraging Side's platform and services.
- Create and circulate final documents for real estate listings and transactions.
- Coordinate obtaining and uploading necessary documents for listings and sales.
- Follow up with attorneys, lenders, and agents to ensure timely completion of transaction steps.
- Assist with redlining and review of documents as needed.
- Build and manage board packages for co-op/condo transactions.
- Coordinate buyer's board interviews and obtain approval or denial letters.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Transaction Coordinator or Administrator.
- Hands-on Transaction Coordinator experience in NY.
- 2+ years in a remote setting.
- Ability to multi-task.
- 2+ years in the Real Estate industry.
- Real Estate License required.
- Experience in creating Board Packages and managing the process from beginning to end.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Co-Op transactions.
