Workday Integrations Consultant - Post Deployment

Kainos is seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant to support post-go-live integration solutions, build customer relationships, and work within a collaborative, innovative team environment.
Location: United Kingdom
Responsibilities
- Building and strengthening relationships with global customers.
- Providing post Workday go-live support, dealing with tickets, resolving issues, and working on new integration solutions under a lead consultant.
- Working in a large team of experienced integration consultants.
- Building long-term customer relationships and making an impact quickly.
- Ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proficiency with XML, XPath, XSLT, and knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE).
- Excellent customer focus, relationship-building, and expectation management skills.
- Good technical knowledge of integrations, including development, testing, and post go-live support.
- Ability to resolve customer issues and work in a team environment following internal processes.
- Strong consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, and explaining complex solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of cloud computing, web services, and related integration challenges.

Additional Information
- Desirable qualifications include Workday Integrations Certification with at least 1 year of experience, proficiency in other middleware/integration platforms, and knowledge of how an AMS service operates.
