The role involves managing and supporting Data Center services, IT infrastructure, and architecture, with a focus on service delivery, security, and stakeholder collaboration. It requires technical expertise in server-based computing and web technologies.

Location: Germany

Responsibilities

• Understand IT processes and dependencies across global and regional projects
• Support Service Owner and stakeholders with tasks and approvals
• Analyze business requirements for infrastructure service design
• Contribute to architectural quality reviews and service strategy
• Share best practices and identify issues across workstreams
• Implement and optimize Data Center services and ITIL processes globally
• Ensure data and information security in Data Center services
• Provide reports on status, risks, and rollout plans
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and external providers
• Escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate with a global virtual team with minimal travel
• End-to-end responsibility for platform service delivery in assigned area

Additional Information

• Technical focus on SBC (Citrix, Terminal Server) and Web Technologies (Apache, IIS, Tomcat). Ideally, candidates should cover both areas.
