Usability Rapid Researcher

Reddit is seeking a usability rapid researcher to lead user behavior and experience research to improve product design and strategy. The role involves qualitative research methods and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Design and execute unmoderated, moderated usability testing, and user interviews through a rapid research program.
• Lead communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners, including design, product management, engineers, and product marketing.
• Appropriately scope and prioritize usability projects with cross-functional teams to appropriately scope usability projects and prioritize projects.
• Work quickly to turn around high-quality research insights.
• Develop research deliverables that achieve business and product impact.
• Assist other researchers with projects as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience conducting user research
• BA/BS in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Behavioral Science, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, related fields, or equivalent experience within a product-centric environment
