Technical Lead - Full Stack

This role is for a technical leader responsible for translating business goals into scalable systems, leading development of an AI-powered SaaS platform, and overseeing product development, architecture, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing, aligned engineering team guiding developers, designers, and product stakeholders towards clear goals.
• Act as the bridge between business and engineering, translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Make scalable, future-proof architectural decisions for systems design.
• Ensure end-to-end product delivery, including frontend and backend systems.
• Enforce high engineering standards for secure, maintainable, and performant code.
• Drive execution and prioritization to deliver features on time while balancing technical debt and product goals.
• Build a strong, collaborative engineering culture with ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
