The role of Technical Consultant SAP Customer Experience involves implementing and customizing SAP solutions to optimize business processes in sales and service, working closely with clients to develop tailored solutions.

Location: Germany

Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative solutions in SAP Customer Experience, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP C/4HANA
Advise clients on the implementation and integration of SAP Customer Experience and hybrid sales platforms
Use agile methods in development projects and apply modern planning tools for software development
Customize and develop service and sales processes in SAP cloud solutions
Develop user-friendly interfaces in cloud and Fiori applications
Continuously update skills in Customer Experience environment and apply new technologies

Requirements

Degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, or a comparable qualification
Excellent German and English skills
Experience in organizing and modeling CRM processes
Solid knowledge in SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and ABAP-OO (preferably in Customer Experience projects)
Experience in system integration, especially in cloud development
Knowledge of hybrid platforms (SAP & non-SAP products)
Experience in developing user-friendly interfaces (e.g., Fiori)
