Team Lead - Epic Radiant

The Team Lead - Epic Radiant oversees a team supporting clinical applications like Epic Radiant and Powerscribe, ensuring proper support, implementation, and troubleshooting within a healthcare setting.

Salary: $89,500.00- $130,000.00

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of analysts providing support for assigned applications.
• Ensure support procedures are documented and up to date.
• Develop support practices for high system availability.
• Provide on-call support if needed.
• Identify, triage, and resolve issues.
• Perform routine system maintenance.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and support personnel.
• Collaborate with departments to integrate ITS support.
• Facilitate resolution of application issues and user concerns.
• Manage relationships with technical teams, vendors, and service providers.
• Update ITS management on issues.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and develop corrective actions.
• Coordinate development of workarounds.
• Present solutions and document resolutions.
• Communicate ongoing updates.
• Manage projects using project management methodologies.
• Develop project scope, management tools, feasibility studies, requirements, testing, training, implementation, support, documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Epic Radiant certification required.
• Five years of experience as a senior clinical/business analyst or project manager.
