Responsibilities

  • Support customer service through TOTVS channels, clarifying low-complexity system doubts, providing close guidance, and recording suggestions and incidents.
  • Assist in customer ticket handling with supervision, aiming to meet established goals.
  • Record demands in the system with complete evidence for understanding and processing requests.
  • Help in triaging customer-opened tickets, reclassifying or categorizing as needed.
  • Assist in providing status updates on ongoing demands via phone, email, and support systems.
  • Contribute to individual performance indicators such as productivity and satisfaction surveys, as well as team goals.
  • Support updating FAQs and knowledge bases with solutions shared with customers.

Requirements

  • Higher education or technical course in progress.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
  • Programming logic skills.
