Support clients with technical assistance, focusing on empathy and proactive service to ensure customer satisfaction with TOTVS products and services.
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
Responsibilities
- Support customer service through TOTVS channels, clarifying low-complexity system doubts, providing close guidance, and recording suggestions and incidents.
- Assist in customer ticket handling with supervision, aiming to meet established goals.
- Record demands in the system with complete evidence for understanding and processing requests.
- Help in triaging customer-opened tickets, reclassifying or categorizing as needed.
- Assist in providing status updates on ongoing demands via phone, email, and support systems.
- Contribute to individual performance indicators such as productivity and satisfaction surveys, as well as team goals.
- Support updating FAQs and knowledge bases with solutions shared with customers.
Requirements
- Higher education or technical course in progress.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
- Programming logic skills.
