Staff Product Manager Enterprise

LiveKit is the developer platform for building and operating real-time voice AI agents, offering SDKs, developer tooling, agent hosting, inference, telephony, and observability. It aims to become the default platform for voice agents, working with large-scale deployments.

Salary: $225,000–$265,000

Responsibilities

• Be the product expert in the room for sales-cycle customers.
• Organize and prioritize customer asks.
• Translate customer needs into roadmap.
• Bridge sales and engineering.
• Arm the GTM team.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, with significant experience working with enterprise sales motions.
• Technical depth in infrastructure, APIs, WebRTC, telephony, or AI/ML pipelines.
• Strong customer instincts and experience with enterprise customers.
• Cross-functional influence skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity.
