Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for a critical part of Attio’s engineering organization.
• Design significant parts of infrastructure, aligning with overall technical strategy.
• Set standards for building and operating reliable, scalable, and secure software.
• Mentor and coach engineers, and assist in hiring top talent.
• Optimize for business value while understanding customer needs.

• Excellent technical skills with systems thinking and cloud-native distributed systems knowledge.
• Proven technical leadership experience, capable of delivering projects through others.
• Growth mindset, open to experimentation and learning in AI-driven software engineering.
• Passion for mentoring, coaching, and hiring technical talent.
• Strong product and customer focus, with data-driven decision-making skills.
