Staff Process Integration Engineer

D-Wave is seeking a self-motivated Staff Process Integration Engineer to support the development and production of superconducting IC fabrication processes at partner foundries.

Location: United States

Salary: $109k–$164k

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in process integration (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes
• Experience in LSI manufacturing or semiconductor R&D (strongly preferred)
• Solid understanding of process integration, yield, performance, and reliability interactions
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and meet deadlines
