Grafana Labs is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to help refactor and scale their SaaS platform, transforming Grafana into a multi-tenant, scalable observability app platform. The role involves coding, design, collaboration, and on-call responsibilities, with a focus on operational excellence and innovation.

Salary: £103,958 - £124,750
Responsibilities
- Coding new features and improving operational systems based on production insights
- Authoring, contributing to, and reviewing design documents
- Shaping the product roadmap
- Mentoring and supporting team members, collaborating across teams
- Participating in on-call rotations to ensure customer experience
Requirements
- Strong coding skills and operational experience
- Experience with SaaS platforms and distributed systems (scalability, multi-tenancy, high availability)
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work across teams and handle ambiguity
- Familiarity or excitement to learn Golang
