Grafana Labs is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to help refactor and scale their SaaS platform, transforming Grafana into a multi-tenant, scalable observability app platform. The role involves coding, design, collaboration, and on-call responsibilities, with a focus on operational excellence and innovation.

Location: Remote (UK, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Ireland)

Salary: £103,958 - £124,750

Responsibilities

• Coding new features and improving operational systems based on production insights
• Authoring, contributing to, and reviewing design documents
• Shaping the product roadmap
• Mentoring and supporting team members, collaborating across teams
• Participating in on-call rotations to ensure customer experience

Requirements

• Strong coding skills and operational experience
• Experience with SaaS platforms and distributed systems (scalability, multi-tenancy, high availability)
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work across teams and handle ambiguity
• Familiarity or excitement to learn Golang
