Sr. Pega Consultant (LSA, SSA & CSA) - Remote - Multiple Roles

Seeking experienced Pega consultants at all levels including LSA, SSA, and SA for a long-term role, primarily remote during the pandemic, in Washington, DC. The role involves large-scale enterprise Pega implementation, business process modernization, and change management.

Location: Washington, DC

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to large-scale enterprise Pega implementations.
• Modernize business processes to improve customer service and employee productivity.
• Design and develop process workflows and data insights.
• Facilitate meetings and collaborate with teams.
• Manage change within large organizations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Pega platform.
• Pega certifications (PCBA, PCSA, PCSSA).
• 1-3 years of experience with large-scale Pega implementations.
• Collaboration and meeting facilitation skills.
• Experience in business process modernization.
• Design-thinking, project management, and agile/iterative development experience.
• Business architect design experience with Pega.
• Communication planning and execution skills.
• Data ingestion and process workflow development.
• Change management experience in large organizations.
• SAFe and scaled agile knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Visio or similar tools.
