Responsibilities

• Acts as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Builds and sustains credible business relationships with customers and shares product expertise.
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develops, leads, and facilitates training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provides backup support to the Cardiac Rhythm Team in sales support, regional training, clinical studies, troubleshooting, and product training.
• Mentors and provides leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists.
• Develops engineering, sales, and technical skills related to Arrhythmia Management strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field or healthcare experience.
• 3+ years of related experience or certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Certifications in CRM products.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
• Extensive computer skills including Microsoft Office.
