An experienced Spiritual Wellness Educator (Instructor) to teach and mentor students on spiritual wellness practices, personal growth, emotional balance, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. Ideal for wellness professionals, coaches, counselors, or educators passionate about personal development.

Location: Remote (US and Canada)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training sessions on spiritual wellness, mindfulness, self-awareness, and personal growth practices.
  • Teach students practical strategies for achieving emotional balance, inner wellness, and personal development.
  • Guide students on stress management, mindfulness techniques, positive habits, and wellness routines.
  • Share practical experiences, wellness insights, and real-world approaches to spiritual and personal well-being.
  • Develop instructional materials, presentations, wellness exercises, and guided activities.
  • Facilitate workshops, reflective sessions, group discussions, and interactive wellness activities.
  • Mentor and support students on their personal and professional wellness journeys.
  • Encourage positive mindset development, emotional intelligence, and self-care practices.
  • Promote inclusive and respectful learning environments for students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Stay updated on wellness trends, mindfulness practices, and holistic development approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Wellness, Human Development, Social Work, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of practical experience in wellness coaching, spiritual wellness, counseling, mindfulness training, personal development, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of wellness principles, mindfulness practices, emotional well-being, and personal growth strategies.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, coaching sessions, mentoring programs, or group learning activities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to teach and guide students in a respectful, supportive, and engaging manner.
  • Strong mentoring, coaching, and emotional intelligence abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual communication platforms.
  • Passion for helping individuals grow personally and professionally.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.

Benefits
